Q-08Which tools and frameworks do you use?
We choose tools to fit each project and the systems you already use. Dental OS, for example, is built with Next.js, React, TypeScript and PostgreSQL. We explain the proposed architecture, including any AI components and integrations, before development begins.
Q-09Can you deploy on our infrastructure?
Yes. Choose a subscription or deployment on your own infrastructure. Forward Deploy retains the software’s intellectual property. Usage rights, fees and deployment responsibilities are defined in your agreement. Deployment on your infrastructure can be agreed without a recurring platform subscription; hosting, third-party services and AI usage costs are separate.
Q-10Does Forward Deploy provide ongoing support and maintenance?
Support is included for an agreed initial period. After that, your team can maintain the system independently within the agreed usage rights, or engage Forward Deploy for paid maintenance and support. Additional features are scoped separately.
