Why forward-deployed
Most software for small businesses is specified in a conference room, built in another city, and handed over with a training PDF. Then it meets the floor — the 11am rush at the front desk, the machine the operator doesn’t quite trust, the register filled in at day’s end from memory. It loses.
The fix isn’t a better requirements document. It’s an engineer who is standing there. Forward-deployed means we move the engineer to the problem instead of the problem to a brief: watch the real work, build against what actually happens, and put a working demo on your data in front of you by day 7.

What we build with
We use AI only where it genuinely earns its place — and plain, reliable software everywhere else. What actually makes a clinic or a workshop run better is unglamorous: a record that’s always right, a reminder that always goes out, a screen that loads fast on a cheap Android over Jio. We don’t sell buzzwords. We sell software that works.
