Description
Freight OS is an AI email desk for freight teams, in development. Freight enquiries arrive as long email threads; the AI reads each one, works out what it is about and what needs to happen, and puts it in the right queue with its deadline.
Anything the AI is unsure about goes to a person to check, so nothing is guessed. When the team replies, the whole thread is already in context, and a rate search sits in the same workspace, so quotes can be compared without leaving the conversation.
The outcome it is built for: no enquiry lost in an inbox, faster quotes and less time rebuilding what a customer asked for.
Deployment options
Available as a subscription or as a deployment on your infrastructure, subject to the agreed scope. Forward Deploy retains the software’s intellectual property; usage rights, fees, support and running costs are agreed in writing. Read the terms

Features
AI email triage
Each incoming email is read and sorted by topic and required action, with its deadline.
Needs checking
Emails the AI is not sure about are flagged for a person instead of guessed.
Reply with context
The full thread and past actions are ready when the team writes back.
Rate search
Search and compare freight quotes from the same workspace.
Architecture
Freight OS is being designed to take each freight email from arrival to reply in one reviewable flow: AI triage, human checks where needed, rate search and the response. The diagram shows the target operating model for the development build, not a deployed system.

An inbox that sorts itself
AI triage is expected to remove most manual sorting of incoming freight email.
How we’ll measure it Track manual sorting time per enquiry.
Faster quotes
Shorter time to respond
Context and rate search in one place are expected to shorten time to a quote.
How we’ll measure it Track time from new enquiry to first quote.
