- Project Type
- AI bookkeeping for bank statements
Description
AI CA Accountant turns a bank statement into review-ready journal entries, in development for accounting firms. The AI reads each transaction, including cryptic bank narrations, and classifies it: customer receipt, supplier payment, interest, bank charge, or a GST or TDS item.
Every classification comes with its reason, so the accountant can see why an entry was posted where it was. The firm’s own rules apply on top, entries move through maker-checker approval, and each correction teaches the system for the next statement. Approved entries export to the firm’s accounting software.
The outcome it is built for: month-end bank entry across many client files in a fraction of the time, with every entry still reviewed by a person.
Deployment options
