Description
Event OS runs a large corporate event from one shared workspace. Every team sees what needs to happen, who owns it and what is ready across venues, without piecing the picture together from spreadsheets and messages.
Guest coordination is automated end to end. Invitations go out from approved templates in each guest’s language, RSVPs come back through personal links, and every guest’s agenda, travel and stay stay connected. Recipients are checked before anything is sent, and delivery is tracked.
The platform is in pilot. The outcome it is built for: less coordination effort, consistent guest information and unfinished work spotted before the event, not on the day.
Deployment options
