Description
AiCRM is an AI-native CRM for B2B outreach. Its AI agent runs each prospect conversation by email: it writes a personalised message from what it knows about the business, sends it, follows up on a planned schedule and stops the moment someone replies.
When a reply arrives, the AI reads it and works out the intent: interested, asking for a meeting, asking about price, not now, wrong person or unsubscribe. It answers routine replies with the full conversation in mind, sends a booking link when someone wants to meet, updates the lead’s stage and hands anything sensitive, such as a pricing negotiation or a complaint, to a person.
Guardrails are built in: quiet hours, a cap on how often anyone is contacted, opt-outs honoured automatically, and a shadow mode where the agent drafts without sending. It is in pilot with real teams and being switched on in stages, from shadow mode to live batches.
Deployment options
Available as a subscription or as a deployment on your infrastructure, subject to the agreed scope. Forward Deploy retains the software’s intellectual property; usage rights, fees, support and running costs are agreed in writing. Read the terms

Features
AI-written outreach
Each email is written for that business from what the CRM knows about it, never a mail-merge template.
Automatic follow-ups
The agent plans the next touch and follows up on schedule, within contact limits and quiet hours.
Reply understanding
Every reply is read and classified by intent, so nobody has to triage an inbox.
Replies with context
Routine answers go out with the whole conversation in mind; meeting requests get a booking link.
Warm-lead hand-off
Interested prospects and sensitive replies land with the right person, with the history attached.
Team pipeline
Admins assign leads to SDRs and see every warm lead’s stage in one view.
Architecture
A browser workspace for admins and SDRs connects to one CRM server. The server checks sign-in and roles, enriches imported leads, keeps lead records and stages, runs the AI agent against an AI model provider, and sends and receives through email and SMS providers.

Pilot expectations, not measured results. Savings and improvement figures will be added after comparison with the team’s baseline.
Less writing
Outreach without the typing
AI-written emails and follow-ups are expected to remove most of the time SDRs spend drafting.
Pilot measure Track SDR hours spent writing outreach before and during the pilot.
More reach
Every lead followed up
Planned, automatic follow-ups are expected to stop leads going cold after one email.
Pilot measure Compare the share of leads receiving a full follow-up sequence.
Faster answers
Replies handled in minutes
Reading and answering routine replies automatically is expected to shorten response time.
Pilot measure Compare median time from reply to response.
Better focus
People talk to warm leads
Handing only interested and sensitive replies to the team is expected to raise time spent on real conversations.
Pilot measure Track meetings booked per SDR per week.
